SNOW TRIP IS FAST APPROACHING!!! Making a final call for signups for the snow trip. If you want to go then make sure to sign up below! We won't be having our usual dinner & bible study on Friday since we're taking off that day so make sure you don't accidentally come to Burk Hall. We will be arranging carpool rides on Friday to Sierra Lodge, so more on that to come! Cost will be $30-35. Please bring your money then, and a little extra for meals we may have on the road. Here is a packing list: Packing List Please consolidate everything into 1 bag! Don’t bring personal laptops. *Water bottle (labeled with your name) *Sleeping bag (only for the bros) *Bathtowel *Toiletries (don’t bring shampoo, soap, blowdryers) *Bible (only if you have one), notebook, pen *Flashlight *Beanie/hat/scarf *Waterproof jacket *Snow gloves *Warm clothes *Snow pants *Extra socks *Snow boots *Sunblock (optional) *Sunglasses/ski goggles (optional) If you haven't signed up yet and still want to go, sign up below here: Hope to see you there on Friday!! Valentine's Day of Compassion Sign Ups

Hello SFSU! We are having our annual Valentine's Day of Compassion activity on February 14. Our church began this tradition in 2006 of making Valentine's Day a day of service and compassion as a counter to the candy-hearts marketing machine the day has become. We reclaim the day of love as an opportunity to show God's love to the elderly and less fortunate among us, on a day when they are overlooked while most people focus on romantic love. Hey Koinonia! Reading the bible? Trying to figure out how God's word applies to your life or maybe you just don't understand the words you're reading even though it's in English? Or maybe you want to just go through your devotions with some friends. Then come join our DT (Devotion Time) groups! We get together and go through some part of the bible, answer some questions, and learn about how God's word applies to us today. Sometimes it's hard to read the bible on your own because it can be confusing or there are distractions around you. But don't you worry, cause you're not alone. 2012 Winter Retreat

Hello Koinonia! Hope you all had a good Christmas! Coming up really soon in January is our annual winter retreat where many college groups will be getting together to hear each personal stories and relevant messages from Pastor Ed. So come join us as we get away from all the distractions of city life, meet new friends, hear impacting stories and messages, and get properly focused before the Spring semester begins. Thanksgiving Retreat

Our annual Thanksgiving Retreat is coming up on November 11th through 13th! And our church plants and many students from various campuses will be coming out to share in this special time with us! Thanksgiving Retreat is a real treat because we get to hear from different ministries and individuals about how God worked in their lives and together give thanks to God. There will also be lots of time to fellowship and get to know each other too! You don't wanna miss out...!
